![]() ![]() Link to pics, please lemme know if I need to take more. PC still sees it as an Unknown USB Device. Tried unplugging, physical reset, changing computers etc. I do not have any experience with doing much in the command line (like picture a 3 year old) which is why I was trying to use QMK toolbox. I do not know how to get the original drivers and firmware back so that I can try reflashing the keyboard. I tried going into the qmk_firmware file and downloading the ARM drivers back onto the Planck in task manager but nothing seems to help. Device manager only sees it as "Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)". I didn't get a chance to take a picture of what happened but now it isn't even recognized at all by my computer. However after everything was all said and done the thing doesn't do anything. Hey guys, I finally got around to flashing my Planck rev 6.1 tonight in qmk toolbox. ![]()
